Write 2 Be Magazine

For the Artists Who Like to Remain Strictly Out of the Box

Letter from the Editor

This month I wanted to focus on the things that are necessary when you’re making writing your business. The things that some of us, quite frankly, would probably rather pay someone else to do for us. However, not every writer, particularly those that are just starting or who have not gotten to that steady place yet, can afford to pay someone else to do which forces us to have to buckle down and do the job ourselves. We are our own marketers and promoters and we have to network and know how to maximize social media and control our standing within the social media world. We have to know the ins and outs of the business side of our writing career as well as know what our writer social net worth is.

So within this issue you will find some articles with tips and advice on the various aspects of marketing and publicity and social media networking as it pertains to writing, in addition to the spoken word inspirations and the book review. Also you will find a wonderful interview with Cyrus Webb from Conversation Live radio show and the Conversations Magazine. I hope that you enjoy what you find and take care!
